Photography Workshops

Learn with a professional

Learning to use a camera is a bit like learning to drive a car.

You could choose to drive an Automatic. Not having to think about the gears at the same time as the speed, the brakes and the steering. That would make it simpler. But with manual, you get greater control and more engaging experience.

You can learn to drive without an Instructor. But it’s a lot easier and quicker when you work with an experienced professional, guiding you expertly through the challenges helping you to feel safe and in control.

Digital Photography Beginners - Essential Camera Skills

Ready to get off Auto?

How do you get that lovely blurry background effect? How do you make your photos look like they’re taken by a pro instead of just snaps ?
Get to grips with your camera and feel more confident. Demystify the letters and numbers. Simple explanations of the jargon. Find out what you really need to know (and what you don’t). Hands-on, practical learning as part of a small group allowing plenty of one-to-one time for everyone. No experience necessary. Just bring along your DSLR (or digital camera with settings that can be changed).
